Maintenance of the Regional Park

This team spend much of their time repairing wear and tear and carrying out regular litter patrols around the car parks, toilets and picnic sites in the Park.

Looking after access in the hills is important to us too. For this reason path and step maintenance features high on the work list. With drainage works and repair of stiles, fencing and other countryside furniture, this makes sure that people can enjoy the hills.

The team also have the annual task of making a large number of Bat Boxes, Bird Boxes and Feeders for use in the Regional Park.
