Countryside for Communities

The Trust is committed to creating opportunities to enable Fife's residents and visitors to enjoy and experience a wide selection of countryside sites and activities.

We work closely with local organistions and volunteer groups throughout

Fife on various projects which improve access, biodiversity and people's understanding of their local countryside.

Examples of these projects are renovation work at Tarvit Ponds in Cupar, improving paths in Kirkcaldy Woods and signage and interpretation works at Lady's Walk in Leslie.

We also encourage and help schools to acheive eco-schools status as well as delivering education about the outdoors to people of all ages and abilities.
